A full document management system. There are 3 versions of the software: a Desktop version, a Browser based WPF version, and a scaled down HTML version. It has the full range of features expected with any Document Mangement System, but also full Scanning integration, OCR, Barcode Recognition and Workflow.

The Workflow Engine

This is a full Procurement System that takes the process from Quote, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Good Receive, Goods Despatch, Client Returns and Supplier Returns. It also includes almost all accounting functions besides a general ledger. So included in this is Client Invoicing, Payments and Credit Notes. And Supplier Invoicing, Payments and Credit Notes. This is a browswer based application.

Mail Pro

A Mail archiving and retrieval system. This itegrates with MS Exchange Server and copies all mails going in and out of a company. The information on each mail is stored in a database, and there is then an application where you can do searches for mails based on any information in the it.

Workers Compensation Accident Management System

A system used by Employers who manage their own Injury on Duty claims and Medical Account Payments. The system collects all information that is necessary for reporting accidents to the Compensation Commission, and produces all possible reports required by them. It then allows entry of Medical Accounts and does full validation of each line on an account applying all of the rules as brought out by the Compensation Commission, thus making sure that the Doctors are billing correctly. This is being used by a few Government departments.
